Microsoft and HiPhi started their collaboration in 2019. They jointly developed the first in-car intelligent emotional companion, HiPhiGo, based on Microsoft's neural network speech synthesis technology. HiPhiGo has been applied to HiPhi’s flagship models - HiPhi X and HiPhi Z.

HiPhi X, the evolvable supercar SUV, and the soon-to-be-delivered HiPhi Z, the TECHLUXE® intelligent coupé have become landmark products in the field of premium smart EVs in China and around the world. Microsoft's neural network speech synthesis technology has now been adopted by several car manufacturers. Together, Human Horizons and Microsoft have opened up the era of deep-learning speech synthesis in this field.
