HiPhi's Efficient, Intelligent, and Silent High-Performance Electric Drive System

Power and torque figures have always been the standard metrics to evaluate a car's power system. As technology advances, the power systems of new energy electric vehicles have gradually entered the public eye. The ultra-luxury intelligent electric vehicle by Human Horizons' HiPhi is widely adored by users for its extensive RPM range, high system compatibility, and high drive efficiency.

The core of the electric drive system is the stator winding. The principle behind it is that when current passes through the stator winding, it forms an armature magnetic field that interlinks with the rotor's permanent magnetic field. This interaction produces torque, which propels the vehicle. HiPhi cars use the second-generation I-Pin winding technology. This provides higher efficiency and performance; in a fixed slot space, more flat copper wire coils can be inserted, resulting in a high slot fill rate of up to 74%. This reduces winding resistance, thereby enhancing motor efficiency. However, it doesn't affect heat dissipation. The flat copper wires tightly adhere to the stator slot's coil and casing wall, and the exposure of the motor end surface enables a larger heat dissipation area for the stator winding.

Moreover, the flat wires of the I-Pin winding technology have higher rigidity. This significantly reduces the electromagnetic noise and mechanical noise during motor operation. The quiet performance of the power system isn't solely due to the application of I-Pin winding technology. HiPhi's drive system uses a torque motor, electronic control, and a reducer in a "three-in-one" design. The highly integrated drive system ensures that vehicle noise remains low during the driving process. Advanced acoustic wrapping technology, with added damping materials, can suppress noise in specific frequency bands. Additionally, micro-parameters of the gears have undergone dozens of rounds of optimization. Adjustments in different gear micro-parameters ensure the entire drive system operates silently across all working conditions.

Intelligent torque distribution can be allocated as needed, always considering performance and range. In the initial state of sports mode, it evenly distributes front and rear torque, and during driving, it intelligently adjusts the allocation ratio based on vehicle status. This continuously optimizes tire working conditions and enhances vehicle dynamic performance. In economy mode, the front motor smoothly switches between "freewheeling" and driving state based on vehicle load, effectively reducing system energy consumption. When acceleration is required, the front motor intervenes smoothly, providing a gentle force input. Both motors work together, providing the vehicle with abundant power.

In the "three-electric system", with regard to car quality, whether it's the electric drive system, battery system, or electronic control system, HiPhi vehicles deliver outstanding performance. With Human Horizons' HiPhi continuously investing in R&D in the three-electric system, it is committed to becoming a benchmark in the global luxury electric vehicle industry.
