Prior to its release, HiPhi X underwent a meticulous design and production process, as well as rigorous vehicle testing in a variety of environments, including extreme cold, heat, high humidity and mountainous regions. To ensure reliability and safety, HiPhi X is equipped with two batteries and power distribution systems, one at the front and one at the rear. In the event of airbag deployment, the door locks open automatically to facilitate evacuation. In addition, all four doors of the vehicle are equipped with emergency unlocking mechanisms in case all power distribution systems become compromised.

HiPhi X has a unique, highly recognizable design with programmable intelligent headlights (PML) and ISD intelligent interactive light system. The taillights adopt through-type LED lights, and the ISD intelligent interactive display system is integrated into the screens to provide a customizable DIY experience in a variety of scenarios.
